1. Can you introduce yourself, say what you do in the band and tell us about your career and path as a musician, you can say whatever you want !



Paul : Hey Gordon do you want me to go first ?

Gordon : Don't you want to go first ?

Paul : Go if you want.

Gordon : No problem. My name is Gordon Sheridan, I'm the bass player in Pat McManus Band and I've been playing with Pat now for 3 years and we've done one studio album, live album, live DVDs, we've toured Europe, 3 times now. We've done (enumerating names of bands), Irish shows on and off for about 2 years now, it's been great fun. We're happy to be back and long may it last.

AM : Okay

Paul : My name is Paul Faloon, I play drums in the Pat McManus Band

Gordon : it's true. (smiling)

Paul : Like Gordon I have played for the past 3 years and I had known Pat for 3 years before that, toured with other bands in Ireland. I was absolutely delighted that Pat came and asked me if I could come and play drums with him, I've been a huge fan of the Mamas Boys.



Gordon : Yeah.

Paul : As Gordon, I was a huge fan of the Mamas Boys. For many years I'd rather not say how many years we've been following him...

Gordon : We were younger !

Paul : But it's been a fabulous honor to come and play with Pat for the past 18 months we've been touring Europe extensively with Pat and it's fantastic to be back here in France and we're looking forward to the big show tomorrow night and we could hope to meet the French fans again.

AM : And you will see that the venue is fantastic.

Gordon : Really ?

AM : Yeah because it's in a castle and it was also a glass cristal factory, closed now, but it's really a beautiful venue.

Gordon : Is the venue open air, outdoors ?

AM : yes, it's open air.

Gordon : That's sounds good, sounds great.

Paul : We're looking forward to getting on the stage.

Gordon : Oh yeah.

Paul : We're looking forward to playing with Pat and rock and stuff and rock our socks off, that's all we want to do, we love the music and we love to play.

AM : Thank you guys.

Gordon : As simple as that !

Paul : Hope you'll understand ! Hope so ! I Want to see that !

Gordon : Yeah !
